My first oil painting. The original idea didn't work out so well so I added a cake. Too much negative space (which was weird to admit as I like negative space) so I added a present.
Yes, there is a "Portal" theme; I am obsessed with the idea of "the cake is a lie." Only in this case the cake may eat you. Or something. I'm not a painter really, just expanding my horizons. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
